PTG Partnership
PTG has partnered with O&G since 2008, providing our full range of Primavera services including project scheduling, forensic schedule / delay analysis, P6 EPPM and OPC. PTG standardized O&G on P6 EPPM in September 2016. This was followed by on-premises installation in November 2016 and corporate-level training of P6 EPPM in February and June of 2017.
Oracle Primavera Cloud Implementation & Training
PTG began OPC Enablement in June 2025, conducting training over 3 sessions from September 2025 to March 2026. Over a 23-week period, 56 users completed 34 hours of hands-on Oracle Primavera Cloud training, which covered scheduling, baseline development, updating, and introductory risk and task management. The project culminated in a successful Go-Live on March 6, 2026, marking one of PTG’s largest training and enablement projects to date.
Continued Success
Beginning in April 2026, PTG has provided ongoing support to O&G through monthly Sharpen the Saw® sessions that reinforce best practices and platform knowledge.
