Go Live: JE Dunn
PTG Partnership
PTG was introduced to JE Dunn through a referral in July 2025. The partnership began on July 14, 2025, with an introductory discovery meeting, followed by proposal-development work and a formal OPC Enablement proposal delivered on August 18, 2025. In October 2025, JE Dunn entered into a Professional Services Agreement with PTG, including enablement services for the implementation of OPC on a new user.
Oracle Primavera Cloud Implementation
JE Dunn commenced with OPC Enablement in September 2025. The Enablement process included corporate level OPC administration level configurations and standards of permissions, workspaces, dictionaries, settings, and defaults, as well as the use of programs for multiple projects. PTG also provided coaching on the integration of OPC data objects with JE Dunn’s Project Management Automation, which went live on May 1, 2026.
Training & Continued Success
JE Dunn conducted an internal training program. Following the initial Go-Live with PTG, JE Dunn added services, including Enablement and Training for OPC Task Management and Administration Enablement Sharpen the Saw® sessions, which commenced in July 2026.
