Course Content
Primavera Expedition® 8.5 or 9.0 Basic Training
This course provides an overview of Primavera Expedition 8.5 or 9.0 and its features that enable participants to learn project cost control and document management. The course is designed specifically for your company and will incorporate examples from your work environment if applicable. Typically the course is approximately 24 hours, or 3 days, but it can be broken into a schedule that works with your company.
Phase One:
As an Introduction to Primavera Expedition®, the program is explained in a general sense and examples of how it benefits organizations are provided. The first task is Setting a Company Directory. Then the Fundamentals of Costing are reviewed. Contracts and Issues are also explored in detail.
Phase Two:
Phase Two incorporates more detailed tasks such as Tracking and Logging Submittals, Letters, Telephone Records, and RFIs, Tracking Drawings, and Safety.
Phase Three:
Phase Three presents the "meat and potatoes" of Daily Reports and Meeting Minutes, Change Management, Requisitions, and Control Center operations.
