CPM Schedule Review

PTG analyzes the sequence of activities (which path) the client has determined to be the critical path. If the project is not progressing in accordance to that path, PTG will drill down into each activity to find the root causes for delay. Suggestions and detailed reports on possible methods to rectify the project schedule will be be produced during the review.

Time Impact Analysis

PTG produces a highly detailed report that examines each section of the schedule on a period by period basis. Based on sound logical principles of scheduling, PTG's Time Impact Analysis services are guaranteed to find the cause of excusable or non-excusable delays over the course of the project.

Impartial Claims Review

PTG utilizes industry best practices, so if one of your projects requires a schedule adjustment, let PTG review it and provide our expert opinion.
