No Confidentiality or Use Limitations for Submitted Information

You agree to cooperate as fully as may be reasonably possible in the defense of any such claim. PTG reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You, in turn, shall not settle any matter without the written consent of Project Technologies Group, Inc..
